Universal
Data Interface Corp Welcomes Two New Senior Executives
NEW YORK,
October 16, 2000 - Universal Data Interface Corp, Inc., www.udico.com,
a leading XML based middleware company, today announced the hiring
of two senior-level executives. Eugenio Rodriguez III was named
VP of Product Development and Seth C Feldman was named Business
Development Manager.
As vice
president of Universal Data Interface Corp's Product Development,
Mr. Rodriguez will oversee research and development of current
and future application and technology initiatives. "Gene's
deep expertise in bringing products to market will be a key
asset for us going forward," said Adam Greissman, CTO and
Founder. Prior to joining Universal Data Interface Corp, Mr.
Rodriguez was a consultant and PricewaterhouseCoopers alumnus.
He is the principal author of the original UDI Graphical User
Interface and has successfully lead the development of commercial
grade software applications at several big five consulting
firms. Applications brought to market include financial services
and data interfacing tools as well as administrative tools
for the architecture and civil engineering professions. Mr.
Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Arts from Old Dominion University.
As Business
Development Manager, Feldman will be responsible for driving
the Company's strategic alliances, channel strategy and partner
programs and for identifying new market opportunities and
expanding UDICo's leadership position in the B2B e-commerce
and integration market. "Seth's responsibilities will be instrumental
in the successful growth of UDICo," said Adam Greissman, CTO
and Founder. "The addition of Seth to the UDI family will
assist us tremendously in getting to where we want to be,
his energy and experience can only help us." Prior to joining
Universal Data Interface Corp, Feldman was Assistant Controller
at Cyber Dialogue, where he was involved in building the finance
department, including assisting in the successful filing of
an S-1 in February 2000. Prior to Cyber Dialogue, he worked
in the Enterprise Group in the New York office of Arthur Andersen,
where he focused most of his time working with clients dealing
with capital market transactions such as IPO, debt and follow
on offerings. Feldman holds a BBA in Accounting from the Grainger
School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, and is
pursuing his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
