Management

Adam Greissman, CEO, CTO & Founder
Mr. Greissman is the principal author of the Universal Data Interface (UDI) server platform. He is a noted industry expert on such topics as the development of industry-specific XML dialects, real time transaction processing for Internet applications, and high volume batch processing for financial institutions. Mr. Greissman was a co-founder of Financial Products Markup Language (FpML™, www.fpml.org), an XML based markup language for currency and interest rate derivatives. FpML was selected by Risk Magazine as the most important new technological development of 1999. For this accomplishment, Mr. Greissman was selected by PricewaterhouseCoopers as the winner of its firm-wide Innovation Award.

Brian Slater, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Slater retired in January 2000 as the SVP for Global Architecture and Technology of the Chase Manhattan Bank (1978-2000). Mr. Slater has over 35 year's experience in technology, 28 of which in financial services. In addition to heading of Global IT for Chase, Mr. Slater was also the first client of the UDI Technology in 1993, when it was deployed to create the global credit risk management system for the FX and derivatives trading operations of Chemical Bank (pre-merger). Other career highlights include developing and installing the first real time trading systems for FX and derivatives in Europe, as well as defining, building and operating the infrastructure and architecture for the technology environment supporting global wholesale banking business operations.

Leen Broekhuizen, Director - European Operations
Mr. Broekhuizen has eleven years experience in Financial services and banking. Starting his career at Price Waterhouse in London he specialized in audit and consulting for financial services institutions, moving to Frankfurt and focusing further on capital markets and computer-based audit techniques. From 1995 to 2001 Broekhuizen worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as project manager responsible for a series of systems implementations and process reengineering initiatives. He has broad experience of financial products, data and process modeling.
